Hi, I’m Maria!
I’m a Master’s-level registered adult nurse, with additional postgraduate qualifications in leadership, management, and medical aesthetics. After 11 years working within the NHS, I made the decision to step into self-employment and create a space centred around thoughtful, personalised care.
That experience shaped how I practice today: I take time to listen, assess properly, and treat every person as an individual. Starting my own clinic felt like a big step, but it’s allowed me to practice in a way that truly reflects my values.
My approach is grounded in both clinical knowledge and continuous education. I trained with an award-winning academy in London, and I continue to invest in my learning every week, ensuring my practice evolves alongside the industry.
I am fully insured and a member of the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses (BAMAN), reflecting my commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and ongoing development. I don’t offer anything that I wouldn’t use myself - every product, technique, and approach is carefully considered before it ever reaches my clinic.
This philosophy carries through to every aspect of The Good Face, and I can’t wait to welcome you!

Clinic information
Appointments are available across carefully selected clinic locations in the Colchester area, including Kelvedon and Coggeshall, Essex, for nurse-led medical aesthetics and advanced skin treatments.
Prescribing appointments are offered in line with availability and released on a limited basis, with priority access given to those registered on the mailing list.
If you’re unsure which location to choose, cannot find a suitable appointment, or require a more accessible setting, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
Please note that, unfortunately, clinic locations are not wheelchair accessible.
